Policy Statements
- Quality Objectives: Set measurable quality objectives aligned with our strategic goals and regularly review them for effectiveness.
- Process Management: Utilize a process-based approach to ensure efficiency, consistency, and control across all operations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks that may impact the quality of our products and services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Actively seek customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and strengthen relationships.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate adequate resources, including training and tools, to achieve quality objectives and foster professional growth.
- Appointment of Quality Representative: A Quality Management System (QMS) Representative will be designated to oversee the implementation and maintenance of the QMS. In the event of their departure, a new representative must be appointed without delay to ensure continuity.
Enforcement
Non-compliance with this policy may result in corrective actions or other measures to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of the QMS.
Review
This Quality Policy will be reviewed annually or whenever significant changes occur in the organization, customer requirements, or applicable regulations.
