Required Technical Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in defense, aerospace, or large-scale engineering projects
- Knowledge of requirements management processes and methodologies
- Proficiency in engineering software tools (DOORS, Jama, PLM systems)
- Experience in structural design, systems engineering, or integration processes
- Strong technical documentation and reporting skills
- Awareness of structural system aspects such as certification processes, human factors and maintainability, safety and system integration, and flight sciences
- Experience in product verification and validation processes
Responsibilities:
- Manage and track structural system requirements
- Prepare and update technical specifications
- Define, validate, and track system requirements
- Collaborate with design, analysis, and test teams to ensure compliance with requirements
- Coordinate project requirements with stakeholders
- Oversee requirement documentation in accordance with configuration management processes
- Manage the requirement change process and conduct relevant technical meetings
- Prepare technical reports and progress documentation
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or a related engineering field
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Previous experience in the aerospace and defense sector
- Experience working on project-based tasks
Description
We are looking for Structural Requirements Management Engineers to join our team in one of the most advanced aerospace and defense projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing structural system requirements, ensuring that all project activities align with technical specifications, and providing essential documentation support.
In this role, you will work closely with design, analysis, and testing teams, ensuring that structural requirements are properly managed, validated, and updated as necessary. You will also be involved in requirement verification, documentation, and change management while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a streamlined workflow.
The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in requirements management, systems engineering, or structural integration, with hands-on experience in engineering software tools. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong documentation skills are essential. Candidates with a Personnel Security Clearance (KGB) will be given priority. A clean criminal record (Adli Sicil Kaydı) is required for this position.
